A Collection of Psalms, from the Most Approved Versions; In Portions of a Convenient Length for Public Worship, Volume IX, 1811

Elizabeth Wilkes first recorded her name in her Book of Psalms in 1812.  In 1813 she was living in Malton and recorded this in the book along with the name “Mademoiselle Elizabeth Wilkes”.  Two years later she had moved to Bootham, York and so she recorded her change of address in the book.

The book was purchased from the Monkman Estate in 2008.
