Yorick and the Critics: Sterne's Reputation in England, 1760=1868.

This volume is fully bound in dark blue coloured book cloth over boards, hollowback hardback. The front paste-down has 2 labels on the top "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986. Written in pencil on the top right of the front free end-page is "30/-". On the reverse of the title page is printer information as well as a circular black stamp with "Laurence Sterne Trust" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" in the centre.
