Volume fully bound in white paper covers. The front cover has a colour printed image and the volume title and price. Pasted onto the top corner of the inside cover is a small white label with "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". Inscription on front 1st fly-leaf "With compliments Philip O'Connell (Editor) Clonmel 21 July 1967".
