This volume is fully bound in light brown coloured book cloth over boards, with a paper cover. The front paste-down has 2 labels on the top "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986. On the reverse of the title page is printer information as well as a circular black stamp with "Laurence Sterne Trust" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" in the centre.
