Both boards are missing, but stamped onto the front free end-page is a stamp with "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". Written in pencil on the top of th title page is "KM 4" and stamped onto the reverse of the title page is the circular stamp with "The Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" and inside "The Kenneth Monkman Collection".
