Written in biro on the front free end page is "KM 4" with "Collated" in pencil underneath and "TSL 134" on the front free end-page Stamped onto the reverse of the title page is the circular stamp with "The Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" and inside "The Kenneth Monkman Collection".
