The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman. Volume 2. The Tenth Edition.

This volume is fully bound in leather covered boards. Pasted onto the front paste down are 4 labels; within the centre is a previous owners bookplate with the name "J. Warnick/Warnwick L.L.B" underneath a device, pasted onto the top of this is a second previous owners bookplate with the name "Cha.s J. Tylee" underneath a device. Pasted over these and on the top left corner of the front paste down are 2 small white labels "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". Stamped onto the reverse of the title page is the circular stamp with "The Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" and inside "The Kenneth Monkman Collection".
