This volume is fully bound in leather covered boards. Pasted onto the top left corner of the front paste-down is 1 small white label " "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". Written in pencil underneath is "1st Dublin Edition. Same year as 1st London 2 vols in 1" & "R. Levinge of Viletstown Co. Westmeath". On the front free end-page is "2;8L" and "£140 2 vols in 1". The title page has the signature of "R. Levinge" and also the stamp with "R. Levinge 1761" this stamp is on the half-title page also. P.11 amendment in ink.
