This volume is fully bound in leather over boards. The front paste-down has 2 labels added; to the top left hand corner "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall", underneath this is "Property of the LS Trust, 1986". On the front free end-page are pencil notes on 2 lines "1769" "80L" "With 'third part'. Above the title page in pencil is a faint column of numbers. There are two small holes to the title page. On the back paste-down is "35" written in pencil top right corner.
