This volume is quarter bound (spine and part of boards) in brown leather with pale brown paper covered boards, the slip case is covered in dark brown book cloth. The front and rear paste-down's and free end-pages are comprised of single sheets of pale grey paper. Pasted onto the top left corner of the front paste-down is a label with "From the Collection of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". To the rear of the volume are 5 pages of advertisments. On the last page are the printers details.
