Bound in cream paper with a flower design on the front cover and a wide orange wraparound around the middle. The orange wraparound has white Japanese lettering and the date 2001 with the number 212-1 in black. BP DSBP pp.77-78. MP DSMP pp. 357-358 is black and white with both sides different. On the rear paper cover (inside) are two labels inserted by Kenneth Monkman.
