This volume has a simple sewn binding with fold-over decorated paper covers as well as a tissue wrapper and an elaborate olive-green cloth covered four-flap-folder with grey floral interior, green silk ties and impressed and coloured cover. Written in pencil on the front free end-page is "No 9 of 550 copies". Printed on the reverse of the frontispiece is information relating to the limited edition and stamped on the reverse of the title page is the circular stamp with "Laurence Sterne Truat Shandy Hall" with inside "The Kenneth Monkman Collection"
