This volume is bound in dark green tooled buckram. The paste-down's and end-pages are comprised of black paper. The front paste-down has 2 labels "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". On the reverse of the title page is a circular black stamp with "Laurence sterne Trust" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" in the centre. A Sentimental Journey is referenced on page 314.
