This volume is fully bound in decorated sage coloured book-cloth with pale yellow end-pages. Both volumes in this set also have light sage-green coloured solander cases. Pasted onto the top left corner of the front paste-down are 2 labels with "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" which is directly above "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". Pasted onto the front free end-page is a 'Compliments Slip' from the 'Folio Society'
