This volume is fully bound in black cloth over boards. The front paste-down has various ex-library stickers pasted on top of one another, the top one being "City of Westminster Public Libraries" with a blue stamp "Reserve Stock Recorded Issue" and also a brown ticket holder on the bottom right side. On the top left side; "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". On the front free end-page is another "City of Westminster" Library ticket with a second blue stamp "Reserve Stock Recorded Issue". On the half-title page is a feint stamp in black ink "Deleted From BLOSC Stock 15 Sept 1986". On the title page top left in pencil is "820" with various other pencil marks all over the page. In the centre of the page is a black circular stamp "City of Westminster Public Libraries" (this stamp is repeated at the bottom of the last page, pg. 456.), and to the right side 2 other stamps in black ink "Presented to the British library Document Supply Centre 20 March 1986. X7-5584" and "Withdrawn from the City of Westminster Public Libraries". On the obverse of the title page is an ink stamp "Westminster Public Libraries Class No 824 Amory Accession No. Ars/ 34387" in both ink and pencil.
