The Relation of Tristram Shandy to the Life of Sterne.

This volume is fully bound in brown book cloth, with a decorated paper cover which has itself been covered in plastic. The front paste-down has 3 labels; On the top left side "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". There is also a small printed label to the bottom right "International University Booksellers Ltd. 39, Store Street, London, W.C.1" Printed on the reverse of the title page are the publishers and printers details and also the circular stamp "Laurence Sterne Trust, Shandy Hall" with "Kenneth Monkman Collection" inside.
