The Life and Opinions of Tristram Shandy, Gentleman. Volume III. First Edition

This volume is bound in blue and brown marble paper covers (Shell Pattern). On the reverse of the title page is a ink circular stamp with "Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" inside. Notes written in pencil have been erased from the front paste-down and the rear paste-down appears to have been pasted over notes, written in ink, which have slightly bled through. There are booksellers notes on the foot of the rear paste-down.
