This volume is fully bound in red (morocco) leather with marbled boards (Shell Pattern). The front paste-down has 2 small white labels pasted onto the top left corner; "Printer, Binder, Stationer etc. Spurway Honiton" with underneath "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall". Written in pencil on the obverse of the front free end-page is "Christmas Hymn Page 16". Written in pencil on the 2nd fly are 2 previous owners signatures; "Mr. E. Do...? 1824" and "M.A. Tyrell". Drawn on the reverse 2nd fly is short line of music and underneath someone has begun drawing over the watermark (Crown and Britannia figure). The countermarks are unclear as the pages are pasted onto the marbled end pages. Some marginalia. Part 2 of this volume is printed on tinited blue paper.
