The London Chronicle: or Universal Evening Post. Vol III. February 14th to December 30th 1758.
This volume is half bound with leather spine and points and dark brown/black book cloth covered boards. The end pages are comprised of sheets of green paper with black binding tape covering the joints. The front paste-down has a previous owners bookplate in the centre with the motto "Animo Et Corpore Nitor" above a Dragon and Shell and the name "Richard Lister Venables". Written in pencil on the reverse of the front free end-page is "Vols 3-4. Feb 14.1758 to Dec. 30". To the foot of the page is "2 Vols in 1" and "2/10/z" and "irf". The top of the title page for February 14 to 16th has "L.V." in ink.
