This volume is fully bound in grey/cream cloth covered boards, the top edge of the text block is stained grey. The front paste-down has 2 labels on the top left side "From the Library at Shandy Hall" and "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". Printed on the obverse of the title page is copyright information relating to the volume as well as the circular stamp with "Laurence Sterne Trust Shandy Hall" and inside "The Kenneth Monkman Collection".
