This volume is fully bound in red coloured book cloth, with a decorated white paper cover. The front inside cover has 2 labels on the top "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" and "Property of the L S Trust, 1986". Written in ink on the front free end-page is "For Mr + Mrs Monkman, With many thanks for a lovely visit at Shandy Hall. Richard
Lanham. October, 1982". On the reverse of the title page is publication and printer information as well as a circular black stamp with "Laurence Sterne Trust" with "The Kenneth Monkman Collection" in the centre.
