This volume is bound in green buckram boards. The front paste-down has 3 labels; within the centre is a large previous owners bookplate with an image of a cottage with "Ex Oriente Lux" inside with top "Ex Libris" and bottom "J.Johnston Abraham" which is surrounded by a border of flowers. On the top left side. "From the Library of Kenneth Monkman at Shandy Hall" with underneath "Property of the L S Trust, 1986" Written in pencil on this page are various small comments. Written in ink on the front free end-page is "Ex Libris J. Johnston Abraham Trinity College, Dublin 1895". Written in pencil on the title page is "(Intro. by CH. Whibley)". Printed on the obverse of the title page is "Edinburgh: T. and A. Constable, Printers to Her Majesty"
